Made it to realty tax payment without penalty.  However, I found out something amiss with our records. Apparently, although na-transfer na sa names namin ni kuya the title of our house/lot, there is a process pa rin pala to transfer the name of the "receipt of the realty tax for said properties."  Whatda?!  Tedious and may cost pa this transfer!  The heck, no? We cannot pay under our names until we’ve done the whole banana raw; so pay under the old owner’s name lang daw muna (i.e. receipt to be issued can’t be under our names despite kami yung nagbayad).  Didn’t learn this in property law, land titles, nor taxation.  Was I absent when this was thought? or pineperahan lang ako ng Parañaque City Hall/BIR?

Wiggly wheels of Xwind à wheel alignment and balancing.  Addressed the problem a bit, but some parts need to be replaced daw soon. Wiper of Honda dying on me; then, the radio à electricals repair.  They are both working now, but I gotta replace the spare fuses I used. Learned a lot in these departments of car repair; however, they cost big time as well. Ayiiiiee!
