in my morning commute, i saw a toddler and a baby (held by the wife of the jeepney driver) riding in the passenger side of the jeep [weird that this is getting to be a common sight --- buong pamilya pumapasada sa jeep].  nakakaawa the kids ‘coz they breathe the smog ng jeepney route and they just munch on junk their parents buy from the street vendors.

early evening, i heard mass at the church in one makati village.  i again saw toddlers.  they were wearing cool and cute outfits.  also, they were constantly being followed by their ‘yayas’ in white uniforms. 

on my way home, just a few meters from the church, i saw kids rummaging through the garbage of the nearby jollibee..salvaging what they can.

the day is just so ironic.  but surely this is just an ordinary day for the three set of kids i saw today.
