i’ve lived my whole life in the southern part of metro manila; thus Q.C. for me is such a far and foreign place (meaning, i don’t know short-cuts, traffic/problematic areas, calculation of distances of places within)!  and so, when i plan a ‘trip’ to Q.C., i make it a point that worthwhile talaga the distance i’ll travel, the time i’ll spend, and the gas i’ll consume.

yesterday was our (kris and I, plus jove) Q.C. day.

went to my relatives’ house in Project 2 to drop off the plants and all the stuff they left in the xwind during the tagaytay trip.

went to ateneo, loyola heights to look for the shirt i’ve been dreaming to own from the ateneo shop (darn ala na); eat at manang’s (oh boy! oh boy!); and wander around a bit (ang dami nang bagong buildings and improvements and mga stuff na "bakit wala na"!).

went to U.P. to check kris’ diploma — to which kris said: kahit na ilang balik ka sa U.P., ganun pa rin ang itsura…alang nagbabago or bagong infrastructures. hahaha!

went to meet betty at the heart center for blood donation.  Kris was successful (dyoshkopo, batikan na talaga…lagpas a gallon na eh);  i was still afraid (my first donation was a really, really horrible experience…still gives me nightmares.  plus i’ve taken biogesic); and Jove, was denied for having taken decolgen early monday morning (two days ago)!  duh! the same medicine just works 4-6hours, 8 hours max.  first time i’ve heard of this kind of policy.  and first time na naka-experience kami ng napakatagal na blood letting services — it took four hours to finish everything!  sabi nga ni kris, walang puso ang mga taga-heart center!

after, went to gateway to try the cinema with laZboy seats.  cool and expensive!  and yeah, we watched hilary "lizzie" duff. hahahaha.
